No Bak...Sure Kelly, here is the recipe that I used<br /><br />No Bake Protein Bars<br /><br />2 cups natural peanut butter (smooth)<br />1 1/2 cups honey<br />3 c. uncooked Quaker oatmeal<br />1/2 c. chopped walnuts<br />1/2 c. dried cranberries (i used a mixture of cranberries, cherries, and blueberries)<br />1/2 c. wheat germ<br />1/2 t. cinnamon<br />2 1/4 c. chocolate whey protein powder <br /><br />Heat peanut butter & honey on slow heat on stove top to smooth consistency. Once mixed, remove heat and then add the remaining ingredients. Make sure to add the protein powder last as the mixture gets a bit dry. Spread mixture evenly into 13"x 9" pan for thicker bars or 11 x 14 pan for thinner bars and press down using waxed paper. Slice into desired size bars and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in fridge or freezer<br /><br />**I found the bars to be very thick, Much to big.
